If you turn to page 2, youll see the total number of covered members, so this is both retirees and dependents, early retirees on the left, medicare on the right. You can see its not a great abundance of population, but certainly members who appreciate the ability to elect these plans. And youll also see the 2020 rate change actions, which range anywhere from a reduction of 4. 5 to increase of 5. 7 among the rate renewals, three regions times two population sets.
