The top of Duluth’s hillside could soon see new housing, a restaurant or more opportunities for recreation.
The City of Duluth is working in partnership with Consortium MN a St. Paul based company owned by Duluth native, Keith Baker to redevelop ten acres of land located across from Enger Park Golf Course.
Before they do anything though, they re asking for public input through a series of six listening sessions, which kicked off Thursday.
“We didn t want to come to the table with an already preconceived idea. We really believe fundamentally that part of that has to come and emerge from the community itself,” Baker said.
