South Williamsport, Pa. — A 21-year-old man who was arrested this summer for stealing a vehicle was charged again after police allegedly discovered he stole a pickup truck last year.

Woman arraigned on loitering charges Chy Ann McCormick, 46, of Williamsport, allegedly knocked on the door of a Memorial Avenue property while intoxicated, causing a loud disturbance at around 10 p.m. Dec. 12, according to city police.
