People based on what weve heard in the last six or seven months and give them pay for basically poor performance and that is the issue at hand. i dont think they should be garnishing those types of severance in all cases. i dont think the citizens believe it but the citizens of ferguson must stand up and demand better government or these type of things wouldnt happen when youre 67% african-american and youre not protesting and demanding that change that we need to see, then thats their community...
