Preserving the Severn River for future generations begins with current effort to restore the headwaters where it all begins.

Fifty years at Anne Arundel Community College and 59 years of teaching at the college and university levels are not only the numbers but a sublimation of a long academic and spiritual enhancements.

Because we have multiple watersheds across numerous neighborhoods, it was important to get a handle on what restoration projects the city should take on, how to prioritize the work, and how best to utilize the work of partner nonprofits. After all, we want to build upon work already underway or in the planning stage.
