Newark and Sherwood District Council signs deal with Severns (Ollerton) Ltd to convert Ollerton Hall into apartments
A deal has been signed to convert Ollerton Hall into apartments.
Newark and Sherwood District Council has signed an agreement with Severns (Ollerton) Ltd.
The agreement comes after an open market process, which resulted in identifying a preferred developer.

Company director Adam Cavell has prior experience of converting heritage buildings both within the county and nationally.
Ollerton Hall is a Grade II listed former country house located in Ollerton village, dating back to c.1700.
The building has been vacant for many years, having been brought back into the ownership of Newark and Sherwood District Council after it was re-purchased in 2016.
