Out mailers be sent to each customer that we intend to include in our cleanpower sf program. We will be in a position then as we talked before to know what the actual price is, not the not to exceed rate, but the actual wholesale price from shell that becomes our actual rate. We will be able to share with customers the actual Price Premium that they would experience knowing how much they typically consume at their household each month. Its at this point that we will have signed the confirmation ...

Some of the other nationwide programs that exist, but i imagine where that financial relationship begins to shift. It could be. The sfpuc has been active at the California Public Utilities Commission ever whenever this issue comes up for evaluation so were on the look out for opportunities to argue to have only justified and reasonable costs follow potential customers into the cca service provision, so its not a charge that pays pg e for kilowatt hours that are provided to the customer. There is...

Vanderbilt brought this forward. I think he has a lot of credit and commissioner loftus is holding the departments feet to the fire and rightfully so. Thats why were looking for this grant and well be actually at some point in time growing the Human Trafficking unit as we get our staffing up to speed. Also we do attend other meetings in the bay area so we attend a monthly meeting down in san jose, so were constantly in communication with other sister agencies, not only Law Enforcement but also o...

Communities who i think are disenfranchised. Thats all. Supervisor, just to highlight the point that we do have davis and associates, but as we look at the makeup of the team if there is additional theyre brilliant and great and everything but theyre land use. Seems to me i dont associate them working directly with low income communities of color certainly. What resources they dont have under their contract what we will have them do is supplement and add resources to their team to accomplish tha...

When the Committee Goes to five members. [speaker not understood] the kind of rules and policies regarding all of these reserves. Since the financial policies were in effect a couple of years ago, we really have made a tremendous amount of progress in establishing reserves that have been looked upon very favorably by the rating agencies and though more importantly we will have money available in the next downturn that will keep us on a more steady footing in terms of how much money and it will p...

Difference between providing a Renewable Energy credit versus firmed and shaped renewable power, so its the product difference that is embedded in that price difference which goes to commissioner olagues statement that people need to understand the value behind what the Price Premium is addressing. And credit that pg e can purchase rather than generate the clean power themselves. Correct. Correct. And we limit that component to 5 of the overall portfolio. Thank you. Commissioner moran any other ...

Notification. Anyone who wishes to participate can participate which sounds like opting in, but we wont enroll them after we have included them in an opt out process. So i think we have worked with the City Attorney on this to make sure we are accurately understanding our obligation and that our approach is consistent with it. We think it is. And so were not always this careful with our language as we should be, but the actual steps will be anyone who says let me in will receive and be included ...

Southeast campus not having enough space for them, and also because of transportation issues and turf issues. I dont have three minutes, thats not enough time for me to talk about all the problems. But thats one concern. My other concern has to do with seniors who have been in the southeast on the southeast campus for quite a while and whats happening to them is theyre being pushed out because theres a lack of space. And they were told that the puc needs the space. So, we have seniors and we hav...

So, commercial customers pay only what commercial customers should be paying and residential customers pay only what residential customers should be paying because of the costs are divvied up. This model assumes that all the cost savings are socialized and that those cost savings which are predominantly generated by commercial customers are shared with residential customers. So, its not a good or bad policy, but its just a very different policy than what we get than in the past. So, one of the q...
