Bibhav Kumar, personal secretary of Arvind Kejriwal was earlier grilled by the ED in February last year amid the allegations of destruction and concealing of evidence, among other things, in the Delhi excise scam.
Sources said the Enforcement Directorate probe was related to the issuance of allegedly illegal Delhi Jal Board contracts for various projects valued at over Rs 30 crore.
