On Tuesday night, the city council will vote on continuing a voluntary water conservation effort that started in May. The effects of the conservation effort haven t been felt in Redding as it has in the surrounding towns. Action News Now talked to some downtown Redding businesses about water conservation. Many of them, like co-owner of Sandwhichery Pat Watson, hadn t noticed a difference in their water use and don t plan on cutting back anytime soon.
