A cold front will bring rain and a few storms this evening and tonight. During the day, it'll be mostly cloudy and breezy with spotty showers.

After several days of being spoiled with mild temperatures, a cold front will bring storm chances followed by dropping temperatures to end the week.

Today will not be the warmest day... but it will be warmer. Afternoon temperatures will vary between low 30s (west) and upper 30s (east).

We are extending the Storm 5 Alert until 9 a.m. Tuesday due to a quick-moving system that looks to squeeze out a little more snow. 

An upper-level disturbance will result in increased scattered to numerous showers and storms in South Texas. The biggest hazard to be aware of is localized flash flooding from strong storms.
