Palo Alto Networks Buys Bridgecrew in 'Shift Left' Cloud Security Push

By Ryan Naraine on February 16, 2021 Palo Alto Networks on Tuesday snapped up early-stage startup Bridgecrew, adding a cloud security platform for developers to its $3.4 billion-a-year enterprise product portfolio. The two sides said the deal is valued at $156 million in cash and is expected to close in the third quarter this year.
