This happened saturday afternoon by granite avenue. A driver in a white nissan he threw a cage onto the curb. Inside was a super bowl mix, completely emaciated. Animal control was called to take care of the animal. It really jars me because someone threw that out like it was garbage like it was garbage. The first thing they did was name the dog rant, because he he was found by granite avenue he can even see because his eyes were shut. He said the dog weighed about 6 pounds when a healthy dog would normally weigh 20 pounds he got a little water and put it in the cup and just arts look in it. He starts looking his tail like we were there to help them. It was was clear all the dog needed was human love. The dog was in terrible shape, terrible health. It was rushed to the hospital where he is being treated at the animal hospital. I think you could feel all of the bones.
