今年，石家庄市民办小学、初中学校继续参照2020年招生入学“公民同步、属地负责、计划管理、随机派位、稳定有序”的工作原则进行招生，学生统一通过“石家庄市义务教育招生入学服务系统”进行报名。石家庄市教育局统计，截至报名结束，全市民办小学共报名12352人。
截至报名结束，全市民办初中共有40706人报名，石家庄外国语学校（公办）外语生共报名454人。
民办小学、民办初中招生录取规则是，当第一志愿报名人数小于或等于学校招生计划时，予以全部录取；当第一志愿报名人数超过学校招生计划时，采取电脑随机派位方式确定录取结果。按学生的第一志愿未招足计划数的学校，剩余计划数按学生的第二志愿采用电脑随机派位方式进行招录。
