Pokémon Go players have had a busy start to the new year thanks to many Legendary Raids and Mega Bosses, as well as events focusing on specific regions in preparation for next month’s Kanto Tour. We recently had the Hoenn Celebration Research and are now onto Johto, and here you’ll discover how to get Smeargle and Larvitar in Pokémon Go so you can complete the Johto Collection Challenge.
The Johto Celebration event is only scheduled to last until 20:00 local time on January 31st. There’s plenty of research tasks and rewards to complete, as well as Team Go Rocket-themed timed tasks, but there’s also the return of the Legendary Entei to Raids for trainers to contend with.
