Shri Jagmohanji, Hon. Minister for Tourism and Communication, had taken time off to call to wish me on my birthday. I had met him about less than a fortnight ago to discuss about the pathetic Telecom situation that Goa was experiencing and seek possible resolution to the issues. I had heard about the impeccability and tenacity of Shri Jagmohan and his penchant to provide solutions to any problem, but that he would get everything done within a short span of 12 days and present it to me as if on my birthday, had left me stunned, no end.
