Two challengers and one incumbent win seats on the Franklin School Board Alec Johnson, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel There will be two new faces and a familiar one on the Franklin School Board after the April 6 election. The top three vote-getters, according to unofficial results, were Maqsood Khan with 2,328 (21.83%), incumbent Ann Sepersky with 2,173 votes (20.83%) and Angela Bier with 2,088 votes (19.58%). Incumbent Claude Lewis was fifth with 1,245 votes (11.67%).
