DiGenova tried to challenge multiple charges across the cases, but the court ruled that there was probable cause against him in all of the charges.

"I'm going to require a 24-hour curfew and I'm going to require no possession or purchase of dangerous weapons, certainly including firearms," said Hon. Krystin Schoonover.

"I'd say this is just a wonderful example of a Vermont community looking to the future, cooperating, and building a strong town," said Welch.

"Some households may actually have some benefits saved on their card that they can actually spread out over the next few months as they absorb this change," Wisdom said.

"They've gotten experience with city council elections, do they want to be doing that up and down the ballot?"

"You don't have to go climb a high peak. You can just play around in your backyard and get some of those same benefits."
