Opposing as stated. a merger, again he described as being about cnn. the judge today exposed the hollow nature of the governments case. holding the federal government is too thin a read for this court to rely on. to thin a read. the factual basis wasnt there, there was never good precedent for this kind of action despite the governments policy arguments. so, what was this about? heres my take, the most obnoxious part of this was the premise, too much power in the hands of too few. president trum...
