A 10-year-old girl, pulled unresponsive from a creek in Simpson County, appears to be doing well now, according to Simpson County Sheriff Paul Mullins.

Tuesdays primary election produced turnover in Allen and Simpson counties, where 49th Circuit Commonwealths Attorney Corey Morgan was defeated by his challenger, Mike Lindsey, in the Republican primary.
