Lenox Vava (62) said his brother Zipumeze (48) was admitted to Brooklyn Chest Hospital on 23 November. “He suffered from a stroke. We rushed him to Eerste River but he was transferred to Brooklyn Chest Hospital. “He could not speak so we were depending on the hospital for updates,” said Lenox.

Zipumeze Vava, 48, was transferred to Brooklyn Chest Hospital on 23 November from Eerste River Hospital after he suffered a stroke. “He could not talk, so we depended on the hospital for updates about his condition,” says brother Lenox Vava, 62. “We called the hospital almost every day as we were not allowed to visit due to Covid-19.
