Hans Harald Kopper WILLIAMSBURG — Dr. Hans Harald Kopper, 90, died Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020, at home. Dr. Kopper, whose native tongue was German, was born in the Polish Corridor of Europe in 1930. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Hamburg and completed a Postdoctoral in Chemical Engineering at Princeton University.
