david, thank you. let s bring in abby phillip. your thoughts, abby. i think david is right on that. and the biden administration has already begun building on the affordable care act, through some of the pandemic-related relation they ve been able to pass this year. democrats now are looking at the affordable care act as a starting point, not a finishing point, for this effort, to continue to transform how health care is dealt with in this country. they are becoming more emboldenened that things need to move forward and towards a version of a single-payer system. many progresses will be feeling buoyed by this decision. the conservatives on the court didn t weigh in on the substance of the affordable care act. but it buoys their argument that this is settled law. and congress has the ability to
