SIP contribution in mutual funds reached ₹1,66,131 crore in the first 11 months ending Nov 30, 2023 witnessing 22.23 percent increase from previous year’s contribution for the corresponding period.
“If you have a time frame of five years and more in the market , the need for caution is much less. If you have a time frame of 18 to 24 months, I certainly would tell people you need to be cautious and think very deeply about where you are investing.”
The net inflows into equity funds were at a two-month low of Rs 15,536 crore in November, while debt funds witnessed outflows of Rs 4,707 crore, according to the data released by the Association of Mutual Funds in India
