Western Cape health chief Dr Keith Cloete on Thursday called on South Africans not to jump the queue to get the Covid-19 vaccine.
There are so many things wrong with that statement it is hard to decide where to start.

CAPE TOWN - Deputy President David Mabuza has conceded that the government’s vaccine roll out has been anything but efficient.
Mabuza said the reason the roll out had been slow to pick up was setbacks like the suspension in using the Johnson & Johnson jab, which has since been lifted.
Mabuza was answering questions in the National Assembly on Wednesday.
The Western Cape Health Department s Mark van der Heever said that they were aware of false claims that Mitchell’s Plain Hospital and other facilities had extra Johnson and Johnson doses to give away.
