PHIVOLCS, DOST-NCR collaborate for tsunami readiness of MSMEs Format DOST-PHIVOLCS and DOST-NCR forged partnership for the conduct of Tsunami Preparedness and Response Planning of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Metro Manila.
