Wisbech St Mary Academy student, Emily Askew, has won first place in YMCA Trinity Group's mental health poster competition.

A plethora of tiny lifescapes will be on display at the West Nebraska Arts Center this month.  Opening on Feb. 4, with a reception from 5 to 7 p.m., is the 39th Annual IMAGE exhibit and the Small Talks Society exhibit. The society is made up of artists from Torrington, Scottsbluff, and the surrounding areas.
