The Vikings no longer control their destiny. We need to win out, and we need the Cardinals to lose one game in order to go to the playoffs. And even if we go, how many teams can the Vikings feasibly beat? And if they do, by some divine miracle, get to the Super Bowl, it s more than likely the Chiefs will be standing there, waiting for whoever the NFC representative is. And the Chiefs are going to win, regardless.
So when this team gets knocked out of the playoffs, if they even make it there, what is the situation for the off-season? I know that some people don t like talking about the off-season until we get there, but that constitutes horrible planning.
