Dec 18, 2020 Bill J. Milliron, 89, of Ripley, N.Y., passed away on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020, at his home surrounded by his loving family following a brief illness. He was born on July 20, 1931, in Porter, Pa., the son of the late John B. and Gladys (Lettie) Milliron. He had fond memories of Porter and the close-knit community filled with cousins and friends.
