The Lake County Board of Supervisors held their weekly meeting addressing their agreement with Placeworks. They also proclaimed the month of June as Pride Month and commended Calpine Corporation on 40 years of operations.

This week the Lake County Board of Supervisors held their weekly meeting on Tuesday at the County Courthouse Chambers as well as online via Zoom and discussed increases to fire mitigation fees, among other items in a packed agenda.

The Lake County board of supervisors held their weekly meeting in Lakeport this Tuesday where they considered an agreement with a contractor for public relations services. They also heard a report from the behavioral health services department regarding revenues, expenditures and status of a loan from the county.

The Board of Supervisors and county administration excoriated Pacific Gas & Electric for bulldozing through a tentative plan to demolish a vital dam and whose absence can harm Lake County financially and ecologically.

On Monday October 30, local state and federal officials all gathered together to congratulate Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District (CSD) on the launching of the Water Tank Replacement Project.
