David Martel, chair of the Conservators’ rezoning committee dealing with the matter, summarized for the group the events leading to the decision, and expressed disappointment with it – and with the state of the conservators’ partnership with the RRCA. The conservators say the RRCA and the CMC have an agreement going back to 2017 that they are to consult with each other fully and regularly on all matters which relate directly to each other’s interests and activities.
