Linetta Liberto filed a complaint May 17 in Harris County District Court against H-E-B LP alleging negligence.  Liberto claims in her suit that on Nov. 8, 2019, she was at the H-E-B on San Felipe in Houston. She alleges that she was in the handicapped stall of the stores public bathroom when "suddenly and without warning," the toilet seat shifted. HOUSTON – A local woman is suing the Wortham Center claiming she tripped on an “uneven surface” at the popular theater. Seeking up to $200,000 in damages, Gloria Johnson filed suit against the Wortham Center, along with the city of Houston, on April 5 in Harris County District Court.
