The Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon will link fines to water bills for bulk waste generators (BWGs) who break waste disposal regulations. Non-compliant natural and legal entities producing over 100 kg of waste daily can expect a Rs 25,000 penalty. BWGs found in Zones 3 and 4 received 12 and six fines respectively in the past two months.
