A Los Angeles County judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by the stars of the 1968 film 'Romeo and Juliet.'

A Los Angeles County judge on Thursday said she will dismiss a lawsuit that the stars of 1968's Romeo and Juliet filed over the film's nude scene, finding that their depiction could not be considered child pornography and they filed their claim too late.

Leonard Whiting and Olivia Hussey claimed they were coerced into filming a bedroom scene as minors.

A judge granted Paramount's motion to throw out a lawsuit filed by the actors of 'Romeo and Juliet' who claimed they were coerced to perform nude.

A judge said that the depiction could not be considered child pornography and that the actors filed their claim too late.

A lawsuit brought by "Romeo and Juliet" actors Olivia Hussey and Leonard Whiting claiming a nude scene they filmed was child pornography was dismissed by a judge Thursday.

Ms Hussey and Mr Whiting, now both in their 70s, said they would continue to fight.
