A suspect is expected to survive after being shot during a domestic dispute in Ponca City. Phillip Fowler, 37, is accused of stabbing his wife’s son, attacking him with a baseball bat and tying his wife up against her will. It happened January 30 at the Highlander Apartments located near North Waverly Street and West Highlander Avenue in Ponca City.
