KOTA KINABALU: People should get vaccinated and not listen to fake news, says 84-year-old retired teacher Tanggulon Sugawan.
He urged everyone - especially the elderly and those in high-risk group in Sook - to register for the vaccination and to go for it.
Tanggulon added that there is an increasing number of new Covid-19 cases as well as the spread of new variants, posing more health risks to the community.
“We must play our part by getting vaccinated and building immunity in our community,” he said.
Tanggulon also reminded the public to always follow SOPs such as putting on face masks, maintaining physical distancing and keeping clean at all times, especially when around other people.
