Sydneyâs Bellevue Hill clocked up its first trophy home sale of the year on Tuesday when stockbroker Rob Fiani sold his six-bedroom mansion for almost $20 million.
The exact sale price remains undisclosed by Ray White Double Bayâs Elliott Placks, but it was listed with Placks and his colleague Adam Reichman in conjunction with Sothebyâs Michael Pallier with a guide of more than $20 million, and independent sources say it sold close to that.

Fiani, who owns Morgans Currency House, purchased the statement home with five-car garage, marble staircase, guest quarters, tennis court and swimming pool in 2005 for $8.35 million from importer Peter Placek.
