Bath & Body Works coming to Cortez Plaza in Bradenton
Bath & Body Works, which kept a presence at DeSoto Square even after the likes of Sears, JCPenney, Spencers and Victorias Secret all closed, will relocate to the Shoppes of Paradise Bay at 75th Street and Cortez Road West in Bradenton. The property, which is owned by Benderson Development Co. of Manatee County, has other major retail tenants like Starbucks, Bonefish Grill and HomeGoods.
