Feel differently about the effectiveness of the office of Inspector General. Attorney general cole asked the office of Legal Council to issue a formal opinion resolving this dispute. I hope the Principle Deputy assistant attorney general Karl Thompson and his team would adhere to the plain text of the statute and to our obvious intent and grant the Inspector General unfettered access to every document in the departments position. If the office of Legal Counsel find ambiguity to hold in place any of them on the Inspector Generals access to information, the house judiciary should be the first to act to correct their mistaken impression. Happening in terms of natural gas in the production generated in this country that is far less polluting than coal, and i think on that. Eed to focus we need to look at the carbon generating coal fire plant and make sure that we are not having to dramatic and impact or having a dramatic impact on rate payers, and also, we have to be concerned about the economy in the areas that are dealing with this. I believe we have to get away from carbon generators as the primary source of energy in this country, and this is one way that needs to be explored to do that.
