The vehicle was later located in Booneville by Booneville Police, who will be making arrangements to have the vehicle returned to the owner.   Officers made a vehicle check on a truck near South Washington Avenue and East 7th Street early Saturday morning. A check through Dispatch showed the truck was stolen out of Warrenton. Brian Lee Graf, 47, of Warrenton, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail to be placed on a 24 hour hold. Charges were later submitted to the Pettis County Prosecutor s Office for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Introduction of a Controlled Substance into a County Jail.
