桃園市蘆竹區6月初開始即有許多民眾發現南崁溪顏色有異，整條溪流黃土翻滾有如黃河般混濁不清，雖民眾持續向環保局陳情，環保局亦表示已前往稽查，但3日仍有眼尖民眾發現南崁西再次呈現土黃色，且顏色比以前更深，質疑稽查工作根本沒有落實，民眾直呼「為甚麼就是治理不好呢？」 關於3日南崁溪仍有土黃情況，環保局表示，經稽查人員循水路至上游發現三民路三段與介壽路交叉路口溝渠中確實發現有黃橘色含泥廢水排放情形，再沿溝渠至上游發現1工程員以地下水沖洗地面產生黃橘色廢水，且該廢水未導入沉澱池處理，直接流入道路側溝，才導致南崁溪3日出現土黃情形。 環保局指出，該工程已依水汙染防治法第30條告發，將處新台幣3至300萬元的罰款，此外環保局也補充，自5月陸續接獲民眾陳情南崁溪有黃泥水發生之情事，並已稽查

不到一個月又偷排廢水 桃園民眾怨南崁溪像黃河 - 生活

桃園市蘆竹區民眾於6月初發現南崁溪有大量黃土湧入，桃園市環保局稽查後發現是某集合住宅工程違法排放廢水，不料26日又有眼尖的民眾發現南崁溪再度呈現土黃色，質疑環保局是否沒有嚴格稽查管制，為何不到一個月又有同樣的事情發生，而經環保局稽查後發現，是桃園區復興路一處建設工程開挖時地下水混合泥土，導致黃泥色廢水排出，環保局現場依水汙染防治法告發並限期改善。 民眾抱怨，在月初時南崁溪呈現嚴重土黃色，當時還猜測是否是連日大雨的緣故，但因以往大雨也沒有這樣的情形，且雨再大南崁溪也是清澈的，並不會有土黃色的現象，經由環保局稽查後才發現，原來是某新集合住宅新建工程施工廠商的逕流廢水削減計畫內容並未具體實施，遭環保局依水汙染防治法開罰。 不料不到一個月又再度重演，民眾26日直擊南崁溪又
