Police are investigating a shooting that happened early this morning at a party in a parking lot owned by the City of Tallahassee in the the area of South Gadsden and East Van Buren Streets near Cascades Park.
A parent's car was hit by gunfire after picking up their daughter from a party in a Cascades Park parking lot, according to the Tallahassee Police Department.
