China’s Tiangong orbital outpost will host more than 1,000 experiments, some of which will augment results from the International Space Station

China's very own space station is close to completion. China's very own space station is on the verge of completion. The country's human spaceflight agency, the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA), recently announced that it had launched the third and final module needed to complete the Tiangong Space Station into orbit.

China successfully launched Mengtian lab module - the third and final part of its three-module home-developed space station - into preset orbit, on Monday afternoon from South Chinas tropical island province of Hainan, kicking start the final battle of completing the countrys T-shape and first-ever permanent space station.

The lab modules carrier, a Long March 5B heavy-lift rocket, blasted off at 3:37 pm from the Wenchang Space Launch Center in the island province of Hainan.

The Long March 5B rocket blasted off from Wenchang Satellite Launch Center on Hainan island at 3:37 p.m. local time Monday with the Mengtian laboratory module on board.
