You think that will help? >> youre referencing the pay it forward program passed unanimously in the oregon state and house last year. its saying lets design a pie lot program that says if you go to a two year or four year college in oregon you pay no tuition up front. after you graduate you pay 1.5% for 20 years or 3% for 20 years. those are the broad strokes of the program. this is organized by a pilot program but its certainly a step in the right direction. i would like them to go forward. i w...
