The Little League Softball tournament will be held in Greenville, North Carolina. Both series will only feature teams from the United States. Organizers say they will follow CDC protocols, with input from state and local public health authorities. There will be a limited number of spectators who will be permitted to attend the regional tournaments and the World Series.
