Cleveland Clinic has celebrated the opening of its new medical outpatient center in Middleburg Heights by hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community open house.
With a plethora of big buildings adding millions of square feet to the industrial market during the past five years, the direction of the market is showing some signs of turning downward, though by a nose.
Plans submitted to the south suburb indicate the hospital would cost about $40 million to build. It would be operated by PAM Health, a provider of post-acute health care services new to Northeast Ohio but operating in 22 states.
Premier Development Partners plans to convert the Spring building to multitenant use and build on empty land on the Miles Road site. It also has quietly added to its inventory a 6-acre site in Avon with two buildings that the company considers a '10 location.'
