Aldi opened a store at 2550 Gessner in the Spring Branch area. The store features the latest design, incorporating more refrigerated space for fresh foods. Karla Waddleton, Rosenberg division vice president for Aldi, said the grocer’s small format is designed to make shopping quicker and easier to navigate than traditional grocery stores.
