Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has said that a 4-year-old child drowned in a pond on Sunday evening.

A 4-year-old boy died Sunday night after drowning in a pond in the Spring Park neighborhood.

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MN DNR) is encouraging everyone to be safe on the water over the long Fourth of July holiday weekend.
