Five Army Rangers swept the Army's annual Best Squad competition, earning top team honors while two members won soldiers of the year awards.

Squads of five soldiers each, from 12 commands around the world, vied to be named the Army’s “Best Squad” on day one of a weeklong contest at Fort Bragg.

At the end of September, 12 squads from across the Army will meet at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, to compete for the title of best squad in the Army.
