UTICA, N.Y. — Oneida County Tourism (OCT) has moved operations to two new offices that it says will help enhance the visitor experience and accessibility.

At the end of 2023, the Oneida County Tourism bid farewell to the Exit 31 Welcome Center and relocated to the historic Union Station in Utica. Additionally, three staff members have moved into the Oneida County Office Building, also in Utica, according to information.
