If it isi would know, two, and this is not in my powerpoint, but the commission may decide to hear at midyear [inaudible] you may desire to do in evaluation when you have not already filled out a form like this. I would just suggest to you if you want to do that, you would need towe never like people to be evaluated on a surprise. They shouldto the extent the commission has clearly indicated to a Department Head, these are things we want you to do over the year, then i think you could do in evaluation.
